As Head of Planning you will lead the Leisure Tech Play planning function developing and executing strategies that balance commercial performance with operational excellence. You will play a critical role in setting the framework for assortment forecasting and inventory flow across this portfolio ensuring alignment with financial targets and customer demand.
You will work closely with all parts of the business to deliver end-to-end planning solutions that maximise sales minimise risk and improve availability. Beyond day-to-day execution you will bring vision to the function by embedding best practice developing talent and leveraging data-driven insights to support sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities for this role include:
- Drive strategy implementation by actively engaging and supporting your team.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders providing updates insights and constructive feedback.
- Deliver financial targets and work within budget and financial parameters.
- Build range plans aligned to category strategy identify trends manage risk and seize opportunities.
- Lead range reviews delivering to deadlines and highlighting financial impact.
- Manage markdown clearance and promotional plans effectively.

- Take ownership of tasks ensuring quality accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience leading planning teams in related categories
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to turn insights into strategy
