Join our team as an English-speaking Hospitality Worker in Purmerend Netherlands! Were looking for a friendly and professional individual to provide exceptional service to our international guests.

• Greet and assist guests in English ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems to process transactions
• Prepare and serve drinks and simple food items as required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
• Handle cash and credit card payments including basic math calculations
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Assist in setting up and breaking down for events or special occasions

Qualifications :

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
• Knowledge of food and beverage service practices
• Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Food safety certification is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or items up to 25 lbs
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
