About The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity now exists for a Marketing Coordinator to join Programmed responsible for coordinating all marketing activities for our Property Services business Units.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will help support print and digital marketing by contributing to strategic plans sales promotions and the development of marketing materials based on market analysis and customer needs.
Additionally you will coordinate events campaigns and customer outreach activities ensuring a highly engaging outcome able to promote the depth and breadth of the Property Service offering as well as the unique expertise of our individual business units.
Nature of the position: 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract
Location: Notting Hill
Key Responsibilities
- Perform relevant market and industry research for targeted marketing communications
- Prepare copy and direct the design of content and coordinate distribution
- Deliver sales and marketing assistance to teams across the business
- Production of events from concept through to completion including post-event evaluation
- General support of marketing projects and ad hoc administration duties
About You
- Proven experience in a similar role or environment
- High computer proficiency
- Experience with Adobe InDesign and/or Canva would be highly advantageous
- Familiarity with MarTech platforms such as MailChimp Salesforce HubSpot etc.
- Tertiary/TAFE Marketing qualification will be well regarded but not mandatory
- Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement experience
- Strong safety focus and commitment to maintain a safe working environment
