Synergie is seeking a Caretaker at Anglevale and Aldinga.

Join our client a global facility services provider working in partnership with schools and educational institutions to ensure clean safe and functional environments that support learning and growth.

3 Days per week for approximately 4 weeks (possible extension) commencing from 8^th September 2025.

Must have Working with Children Check to qualify.

Pay Rate: $32.18

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of buildings grounds and equipment
• Perform minor repairs basic handyman tasks and report any maintenance issues
• Open and secure the premises daily including unlocking gates turning on lights/heating and activating security systems
• Maintain outdoor areas including sweeping paths emptying bins and basic gardening
• Monitor and report any safety hazards or security concerns
• Support contractors and maintenance staff on-site as needed
• Ensure compliance with WHS standards and school policies
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a caretaker maintenance or facilities support role
• Ability to use basic tools and perform general repairs
• Strong awareness of safety security and hygiene standards
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently
• Physical fitness and ability to carry out manual tasks
• Working With Children Check (WWCC) required
• Drivers license- required
