Job Summary
- Prepare workplaces for new users (standard PC laptop)
- Choose workstation configurations purchase workstations and peripheral devices
- Perform installation and configuration procedures
- Provide user support for daily issues
- Handle warranty repairs
- Upgrade hardware and software
- Replace and maintain cartridges and laptop batteries maintain office hardware
- Install and configure network equipment and commission new facilities
- Register equipment (hardware software)
- Work with documentation (warranty accounting)
- Prepare manuals for setting up and using the software
- Participate in system recovery after crashes and malfunction of hardware
- Participate in developing proposals for hardware modernization and purchases
- Perform other activities related to the maintenance and development of infrastructure
Qualifications :
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10
- Basic knowledge of macOS and Ubuntu
- Knowledge of computer components peripherals and network equipment
- Knowledge of the principles and methods of networking
- Experience with Windows Server 2012 R2 and 2016 administration
- Intermediate level of English
WILL BE A PLUS
- Knowledge of Windows 7 8.1
- Experience with Linux (CentOS/RedHat Debian) administration
