AECOM is looking for an experienced PMO Director to work from our offices in Lima Peru.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead and manage programs that are medium to large in size and complexity or a defined part of a larger program in support of the overall Program Manager.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders in complex infrastructure projects.
- Provide the organization with technical leadership and strategic direction forprogram delivery at a regional level.
- Advocate for ethical compliance and safe working practices.
- Contributes to innovation in program management approaches and methodology to achieve marketplace differentiation.
- Work with Regional leadership and Market Sector Leaders to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to address them in healthcare in Peru
- Identify areas of high risk and pro-actively takes actions to positively impact program outcomes.
- Assess long-term and disruptive trends in their area of expertise.
- Proposes skill development approaches and workforce planning to deliver capabilities for the future.
- Actively supports the attraction and retention of talent across area of expertise.
- Accountable for overall financial success and delivery of AECOM Program Management agreement.
- Solid understanding of budgeting cost control procurement processes and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with government clients and international partners.
- Experience managing NEC contracts or equivalent public infrastructure contractual frameworks.
- Availability to work onsite in Lima and to travel to project locations as needed.
Qualifications :
Minimun Requirements
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering Architecture or a profession related to the type of project with 6 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or other equivalent international certification that demonstrates expertise in Project Management
- Fluent in English and Spanish

Preferable Requirements
- 10 years of experience as a director head of a PMO project manager head of infrastructure projects or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education including 2 years of leadership
- 5 years of specific experience as head of a PMO project manager head of a project in hospital infrastructure projects clinics research institutes and laboratories
- Postgraduate qualifications or highly specialized certifications in construction or similar
- Previous experience working on Government-to-Government (G2G) agreements or multilateral development bank (MDB) funded programs.
- Knowledge of Peruvian public procurement laws and regulations (e.g. OSCE or similar).
- Previous experience in managing large-scale hospital or healthcare infrastructure programs.
