Data Program Specialist Remote

The Data Program Specialist plays a critical role in managing document workflows and data ingestion processes that support unemployment management services. You will handle complex document processing tasks resolving data-related issues and ensuring accurate processing of critical documentation. You will report to the Manager Mail and Data Imaging.

Responsibilities:

• Electronic Document Categorization: Identify and categorize both indexable and non-indexable forms from clients and internal teams including Unemployment Insurance Claims Benefit Charges Tax Rate Notices Account Statements Garnishments Child Support documents.
• Electronic File Manipulation: Prepare documents for processing by rearranging page order splitting or combining files annotating necessary information and applying prefixes. Confirm documents align with our internal standards.
• Document Routing Management: Ensure timely and secure delivery of Unemployment Insurance-related documents to appropriate internal teams. Understand and maintain digital organizational structure.

Qualifications :

• 2 years of experience in document processing data operations or a similar role
• Associates Degree in Business Information Systems or equivalent experience
• Proficient with tools and programs such as Remote Desktop Adobe Acrobat Pro and Sharefile
• Experience maintaining secure document handling and compliance standards
• Experience resolving issues and problem solving
• Experience collaborating with multiple teams/partners

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related experience and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
