Job Summary
- Assists LIFE participants with activities of daily living such as bathing dressing personal hygiene and meals
- Provides mobility and therapy assistance; wheelchair and van transfers; and complete range of motion and other restorative exercises
- Provide personal care as well as various other duties (homemaking light cleaning shopping meal preparation etc.) for our participants in their homes
- Accurately take and record temperatures pulses respirations blood pressures and weights
- Assists in the day center with serving meals meal clean up games crafts discussion and other activities
Qualifications :
- Active CNA certificate
- Valid Drivers license
- 1 year experience working with the senior population
