Job Summary
As a Construction Project Management Coordinator you will be responsible with:
- Planning the execution calendar for each project (LaDoiPași Extra stores);
- Preparing and updating budgets for construction and fitting-out works;
- Organizing project meetings with the teams involved;
- Preparing progress reports and work reports;
- Monitoring the delivery of equipment furniture and commercial installations according to schedule;
- Managing relationships with suppliers and contractors involved in the project;
- Providing technical support during the handover and acceptance phases of the works;
- Ensuring compliance with brand standards and legal regulations;
- Effective coordination of internal teams and external collaborators.
Qualifications :
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to think in terms of costs and benefits;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Ability to analyze strengths and weaknesses;
- Degree in the construction field - Faculty of Construction is an advantage;
- Experience in construction/renovation.
