Job Summary
Main areas of responsibility:
- Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the General Accounting team
- Ensure accuracy compliance and timeliness of all general ledger activities and closing processes
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members in complex accounting matters
- Drive process improvements standardization and automation initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and operational excellence
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate has:
- A university degree in finance accounting economics or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Prior experience in leading or managing a team
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Experience in managing finance and accounting processes within the General Accounting area
- SAP knowledge (FI/CO modules) a strong plus
- Experience in an international multicultural environment (preferably SSC/BPO)
- Strong MS Office skills especially in Excel
