- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps and ensure alignment between business objectives and IT capabilities.
- Provide architectural oversight for major programs ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and public sector best practices.
- Define and enforce architecture principles policies and governance processes.
- Conduct impact analysis of new business requirements and technology changes.
- Guide solution architects and project teams to ensure architectural consistency and reuse.
- Maintain a repository of architecture artifacts models and documentation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies for their potential to improve public service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Lead the selection implementation and operationalization of Enterprise Architecture (EA) tools in organisations without existing EA platforms.
- Mediate between diverse stakeholders communicate complex architectural concepts and influence decision-making across the organisation.
Qualifications :
- Must have at least seven (7) years ICT experience.
- Proven experience in enterprise architecture development and maintenance across all architecture domains.
- Demonstrated collaboration with business and IT stakeholders to align technology with strategic goals.
- Experience in evaluating and selecting technology standards platforms and tools.
- Evidence of architectural oversight in large-scale programs and adherence to public sector best practices.
- Strong governance experience including defining and enforcing architecture principles and policies.
- Ability to perform impact analysis and guide architectural decisions.
- Experience in mentoring solution architects and ensuring architectural consistency.
- Familiarity with EA tools and experience leading their implementation and integration.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Understanding of emerging technologies and their application in public sector or equivalent environments.
