Job Summary
YOUR ROLE:
Take full responsibility for hotel operations financial results and brand standards.
Ensure exceptional guest experiences aligned with ibis and Accor standards
Create a positive inclusive culture where people love to work and grow.
The successful candidate will have a track record of building great relationships with all stakeholders in the business owner manager employees clients and neighbours
Drive sales control costs and maximise revenue across rooms and F&B
