Your Responsibilities
- Organizational Management System: You will take responsibility for maintaining and managing our international organizational management system including data quality and system upkeep.
- Reporting & Analytics: You will own parts of our HR reporting landscape and support the creation analysis and interpretation of HR reports and dashboards.
- HR Systems Development: You will manage and further develop our HR systems including tools for recruiting employee surveys and learning & development.
- Artificial Intelligence in HR: You will explore and implement innovative use cases for AI in the HR domain helping us shape the future of digital HR.
Qualifications :
- IT background or comparable experience in previous jobs
- A university degree (minimum Bachelors) with an IT background is mandatory
- Curiosity and drive to explore new technologies like AI
- Interest in HR systems and digital transformation
- Strong analytical mindset problem-solving skills and interest in HR technologies.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
