Right now were transforming our aseptic and compounding operations across EMEA and were looking for a Validation Project Manager to be based onsite in the UK who can help bring structure energy and technical know-how to this exciting change.
What Youll Be Doing
- Take ownership of validation projects and support new work across the EMEA compounding sites making sure everything aligns with Baxters global quality standards.
- Lead validation of aseptic and sterilization systems from VHP gassing and RABS to cleanroom environments.
- Work hand-in-hand with manufacturing quality and engineering teams to drive smarter more digital validation processes.
- Balance multiple projects at once staying adaptable and calm in a fast-paced highly regulated environment.
- Be a champion for accountability innovation and teamwork as we reimagine how compounding gets done.
What Youll Bring
- Solid experience in process cleaning and equipment validation and project management within pharma or aseptic manufacturing.
- Hands-on knowledge of VHP sanitisation RABS and CSV.
- Youre agile and resilient someone who thrives when things move fast and priorities shift.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to influence collaborate and challenge when needed.
- Willingness to travel across EMEA to support projects.
