Youll guide how we integrate paid search paid social organic search and CRO into joined-up strategies that deliver measurable business results. Youll coach internal teams strengthen collaboration across departments and be a trusted voice.

What youll be doing

• Leading our strategy & performance agenda creating frameworks that unite brand and performance.
• Acting as the go-to strategist for integrated cross-channel client growth.
• Coaching and aligning our internal teams to deliver joined-up strategies and unlock upsell opportunities.
• Collaborating with client services specialists and partner agencies to ensure seamless integration that drives client growth

What were looking for

• Several years experience in senior strategy performance or brand roles.
• Deep hands-on expertise in paid search paid social (with exposure to organic).
• Gravitas to engage senior stakeholders and confidence to shape board-level conversations.
• Commercial edge with proven impact on revenue growth.
• A natural coach who inspires teams and drives cross-channel integration.
