Job Opening: Lead Trainee Milling/Dehydration Operations
Location: Approx 20 miles outside of Fernley via I-80 E
Pay: DOE $23.50 to $32.00 per hour

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Lead Trainee to join our production team reporting directly to the Production Manager/Supervisor. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Milling and Dehydration areas.
The ideal candidate will drive productivity efficiency cost control quality and safety through both individual performance and team leadership. Youll provide direction mentorship and support to associates while fostering a culture of empowerment teamwork and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate daily operations in the Milling/Dehydration area.
- Achieve performance goals in productivity quality safety and cost.
- Promote and enforce safe work practices.
- Support and develop team members through coaching and leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead by example.
