Job Summary
Shift Pattern: candidates should be available to work AM and PM shifts as needed any day of the week/weekends/holidays as needed
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

What will I be doing
As an Engineer Supervisor you are responsible for supervising and performing the duties of the Property Operations/Engineering staff to maintain the physical functionality of facility including guest rooms public space and heart-of-the-house areas. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Supervise Maintenance of all hotel fixtures and fittings to ensure they are in safe condition and take action when any unsafe situations arise
- Diagnose maintain and repair mechanical equipment within the hotel
- Develop implement and supervise all emergency programs/energy conservation programs for the property
- Coordinate renovation bidding define the cost and scope of the project and oversee the general contractor and subcontractors to ensure quality work is performed cost effectively
- Ensure monthly safety inspections take place and employees are trained accordingly
- Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
