Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our team at The Yohe Supply Company in Canton OH. The Production Associate will play a vital role in our distribution operations ensuring the efficient assembly of industrial and hydraulic supplies to meet the needs of our customers across various industries. We are seeking individuals who are detail-oriented safety-conscious and committed to delivering excellence in their work.

Job Duties:

Supply Assembly: Assemble industrial and hydraulic supplies according to specifications and customer requirements using various tools and equipment.

Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our rigorous quality standards and surpass customer expectations.

Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels of supply components and materials to support production requirements.

Machine Operation: Safely operate machinery and equipment involved in the assembly process.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in production warehouse and shipping departments to fulfill orders and meet production goals.

Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team members.

Documentation: Complete production reports logs and other paperwork accurately and promptly.

Workspace Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.

Pick-up and delivery driving: Need to have a valid drivers license and the ability to drive to vendors and customers up to an hour away.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in manufacturing production or a related field is preferred but not .

Ability to read and interpret work orders and specifications.

Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects as necessary.

Dedication to workplace safety and compliance with safety guidelines.
