Your Mission

We are seeking a German-speaking Content Moderator who will play a key role in reviewing and monitoring user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and platform policies. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about digital spaces online integrity and user safety.

As part of a collaborative team youll help maintain a healthy and secure online environment for users across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

Review user-generated content to verify alignment with platform guidelines
Detect assess and manage inappropriate or harmful materials
Work closely with moderation and policy teams to strengthen platform integrity
Contribute to the improvement of moderation strategies and user safety protocols
Document and escalate edge cases as necessary

What We Are Looking For

C2 level in German and strong English communication skills
Passion for social media and digital communities
Proactive goal-oriented and team-spirited
Experience in content moderation customer service or contact centres is a plus
Completed secondary education or higher (mandatory)
Willingness to work on a rotational schedule (morning or afternoon shifts)
