Forward Deployed AI Engineer

Were looking for a Forward Deployed AI Engineer who can bridge the gap between our technical team and clients. Youll help shape proposals prepare demos and quickly set up AI prototypes that show real value.

Youll work closely with our sales and delivery teams to understand client needs translate them into feasible solutions and help win new projects through convincing technical showcases.

What youll do

• Support our presales efforts by helping design and deliver tailored AI demos and proofs of concept.

• Work closely with our AI engineers to translate client requirements into clear technical setups.

• Prepare data or model configurations that make our demos feel real and relevant to the clients business.

• Assist in writing the technical parts of proposals or presentations and bring them into production.

• Help clients and internal teams understand whats possible (and whats not) with todays AI tools. You know how to manage expectations.

• Strong background in NLP or applied AI you understand how models prompts and data interact.

• Hands-on experience with Python.

• Experience with LLM infrastructure (Azure AI Foundry) LLM observability & evaluation and LLM orchestration. Basically a LLM expert.

• Able to set up quick prototypes using the tools you need.

• Comfortable talking to customers and explaining technical ideas in a clear confident way.

• Curious pragmatic and fast you like to make things work and show results.

• Fluent in English (Dutch or French is a plus).

Following experiences are a plus:

• Experience with multi-agent systems or evaluation pipelines in production.

• Background in automation process mining or workflow engineering.

• Experience deploying AI in enterprise environments (e.g. Microsoft ecosystem CRM/ERP integration or internal knowledge bases).

• Contributions to open-source AI frameworks or internal tooling.

• Prior experience in consulting system integration or enterprise software delivery.
