Northwest Talent Solutions is partnering with a global leader in advanced manufacturing to identify an experienced Maintenance Unit Supervisor who can lead with precision integrity and operational excellence.
This position offers the chance to guide a high-performing maintenance team in a fast-paced production environment where safety reliability and innovation drive success. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of technical acumen people leadership and a strong sense of accountability to ensure equipment uptime and operational flow.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise skilled maintenance technicians across mechanical and electrical disciplines on rotating 12-hour shifts.

Foster a proactive safety culture and ensure full compliance with workplace safety standards.

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and productivity.

Utilize root-cause analysis and technical troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

Coordinate manpower prioritize workloads and allocate resources efficiently.

Coach and develop team members cultivating collaboration and performance excellence.
Qualifications:
-
High School Diploma or GED (required)
-
3 years of hands-on maintenance experience
-
2 years of supervisory experience within manufacturing or production

Strong troubleshooting leadership and communication skills
Preferred:
-
Experience managing union or skilled-trade employees
-
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing TPM or Continuous Improvement principles
