Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Project Manager / Technical Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time permanent position that will involve managing and coordinating IT projects and technical operations for our company.

This remote position is open to U.S.-based candidates only.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan organize and manage IT projects from conception to completion

Develop project timelines budgets and resource plans

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and successful project delivery

Manage and maintain technical infrastructure and systems including hardware software and networks

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise

Ensure all projects are delivered within scope on time and within budget

Communicate project progress issues and risks to stakeholders

Identify and implement process improvements for efficient project delivery

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to drive innovation within the company

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT project management or technical coordination

Strong project management skills and experience in managing projects from start to finish

Experience in managing technical infrastructure and systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

Experience in the sports industry is a plus

Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Training Pay: $40 per hour (1-week paid training)

Training Bonus: $500 incentive upon completion

Work Schedule: Flexible Full-time (3040 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week)

Work Type: 100% Remote (U.S.-based only)
