About the Role
Were looking for a detail-oriented Live Quality Assurance Specialist to join our growing team in Belgrade. In this role youll ensure live broadcasts and digital content maintain top-tier quality and compliance with company standards.
What Youll Do

Conduct real-time evaluations to ensure all live products meet quality benchmarks.

Monitor on-screen talent to ensure service and presentation guidelines are met.

Identify and report any performance or compliance issues to the relevant teams.

Carry out regular checks on broadcast equipment and systems.

Support and uphold internal quality procedures and best practices.

Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain smooth high-quality live operations.
What Youll Bring

Fluent English (C1) strong written and verbal communication.

Experience in live broadcast media or digital content operations.

High school diploma (or equivalent); higher education preferred.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Confident with Microsoft 365 and related digital tools.

Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
