Role Overview:

As a Content Moderator youll review and assess user-generated content including product listings posts and other submissions to ensure they align with company policies legal requirements and quality standards. Your work will help maintain a safe consistent and positive environment for shoppers and sellers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and evaluate content to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.
Review user submissions with fairness accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
Support a secure and seamless shopping experience for all platform users.
Follow established workflows while adapting to new policies and evolving priorities.
Identify document and escalate sensitive or complex cases as needed.
Stay informed on platform updates moderation procedures and industry trends.

Requirements:

Proficiency in German (C1/C2 level)
Proficiency in English (B2 level)
EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
At least one year of experience in Content Moderation
Strong analytical leadership and communication abilities
Desire to learn and advance in the field
