About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Systems Engineer to join our clients Cloud Operations team and lead the delivery and support of enterprise-grade Microsoft Azure this role you will ensure the stability scalability and performance of multi-cloud infrastructures with a primary focus on Azure-based solutions. You will provide advanced Level 3 technical support lead automation and Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives and collaborate with global engineering teams to deliver seamless managed cloud services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep expertise in Azure infrastructure management proactive problem-solving and a passion for continuous improvement. Beyond operational excellence you will play a key role in mentoring junior engineers driving innovation across automation and DevOps practices and contributing to strategic discussions on future cloud architecture and service design.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
5 years of progressive experience in systems administration cloud operations or infrastructure engineering.
3 years of hands-on experience in building deploying and maintaining Microsoft Azure environments.
Strong proficiency in Azure Active Directory network configuration and infrastructure management.
Expertise in scripting automation and Infrastructure-as-Code using PowerShell Python Terraform or ARM templates.
Working knowledge of ITIL framework with experience in incident problem and change management.
Strong troubleshooting analytical and problem-solving abilities in dynamic mission-critical environments.
Experience supporting or leading projects within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or enterprise IT setup.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams and engage with clients.
Passion for service excellence continuous learning and driving modernization through cloud technologies.

Preferred Skills:

Experience managing AWS infrastructure or hybrid multi-cloud environments.
Familiarity with DevOps and GitOps methodologies automation pipelines and CI/CD practices.
Exposure to Linux Kubernetes or cloud security frameworks.
Can start immediately if possible.
