THE OPPORTUNITY
If youre looking for a role where you can take ownership solve interesting challenges and make a real impact this is it. As a Support Engineer at Pāmu youll be the go-to person for Level 2 technical support managing our device fleet and work on projects that keep our technology running smoothly for people who are doing something pretty special farming the land and feeding the country.
This isnt a role where youre just following a script. Youll be using modern tools to manager our systems with some autonomy to make decisions so you need to be confident in your skills and comfortable working on your own when needed. Because were a small team youll also have the chance to branch out learn new things and grow your expertise in ways that bigger organisations cant always offer.
Not your typical support engineer role its also a blend of hands-on support and systems engineering - youll not only troubleshoot and resolve issues but also manage and configure cloud platforms deploy applications and proactively manage system upgrades.
What makes this role unique The people youll support - our farmers arent sitting in an office all day theyre out in the field often in remote locations. That means youll need to think creatively and stay calm under pressure. Its challenging but its also rewarding because youll see the impact of your work every day.

Youre experienced confident and ready to own this role. Youve worked at this level before so you know what it takes to manage systems resolve complex issues and keep things running without someone looking over your shoulder. Youre comfortable being the go-to person and making decisions when needed.

If youve supported Microsoft 365 environments managed devices and handled Level 2 support youll hit the ground running. This is a role for someone whos proactive calm under pressure and ready to take on a position where no two days are the same.
