Job Summary

English-Speaking FX Retention Manager
Location: Cancun Mexico

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Manager for our English FX Retention Desk at a well-established brokerage firm based in Mexico.

If you have led a successful team in the past and are open to growing a high-performing team around you or potentially bringing trusted colleagues that case you may find this role especially rewarding.

Requirements:

Native or fluent English speaker
Minimum 1 year of experience in FX Retention as TL/Manager
Strong leadership and team development skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Currently based in Mexico or open to relocating on short notice
Experience in building or growing a Conversion desk is a strong advantage
