Summary

We are seeking a Ground works supervisor to join our dynamic team at M Squared. We are looking for an experienced ground works supervisor to join us in our new project in Nottingham.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all aspects of landscaping projects from inception to completion.
Supervise and lead a team of landscapers ensuring high standards of work.
Coordinate with clients contractors and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
Develop project plans timelines and budgets while monitoring progress.
Implement health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements

Have a background in all aspects of groundworks
Able to read drawings
Good leadership skills
Able to work well with a team and take instruction from site management
Complete works to a high standard
SSSTS card
