What Youll Do

  • Help online customers using phone chat and eventually email/social media.
  • Find and fix customer problems handle complaints and offer solutions quickly.
  • Follow training guides and protocols to ensure correct help.
  • Provide great service and make sure customers are satisfied.
  • Pass complex issues or questions to the correct team or department.
  • Work with other team members on hard cases.
  • Record every action you take in the customer system (CRM).

Who You Are

  • Fluent in Dutch (speaking and writing) and strong in English (at least B2 level).
  • Excellent communication skills; you must be able to explain technical terms simply to non-technical people.
  • Handle stress well and stay calm while solving problems.
  • Good listener who can empathize with customers.
  • Solve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Able to work alone but also be a strong team player.
  • Willingness to work in shift rotations and be punctual.
