What Youll Do
- Help online customers using phone chat and eventually email/social media.
- Find and fix customer problems handle complaints and offer solutions quickly.
- Follow training guides and protocols to ensure correct help.
- Provide great service and make sure customers are satisfied.
- Pass complex issues or questions to the correct team or department.
- Work with other team members on hard cases.
- Record every action you take in the customer system (CRM).
Who You Are
- Fluent in Dutch (speaking and writing) and strong in English (at least B2 level).
- Excellent communication skills; you must be able to explain technical terms simply to non-technical people.
- Handle stress well and stay calm while solving problems.
- Good listener who can empathize with customers.
- Solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Able to work alone but also be a strong team player.
- Willingness to work in shift rotations and be punctual.
