Executive Recruiting Project Coordinator

About the team

Our focus is getting the best people to work at Cloudflare and then allowing you to do your best work. You will work closely with other Recruiters Coordinators People Team Business Partners and Leaders across all business functions to build capability across the an Executive Recruiting Project Coordinator youll be the operational backbone for our most complex and high-impact searches especially for executive roles helping scale the business with speed and precision.

What will I be doing

• Own and execute the end-to-end coordination of interviews for roles across Cloudflare for senior level openings (Director VP and above) managing complex schedules across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted partner to recruiters and hiring managers proactively anticipating needs and solving for last-minute changes with agility and professionalism.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates ensuring a white-glove experience that reflects Cloudflares values and culture.
• Facilitate on-site interviews including greeting candidates preparing interview spaces and ensuring a welcoming office experience.
• Optimize and maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Assist with posting job openings on various job boards and Cloudflares careers page. Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and attractive to potential candidates.
• Champion the candidate experience continuously seeking ways to raise the bar and ensure every interaction is memorable and inclusive.
• Represent Cloudflares mission vision and values with integrity and help us attract top-tier executive candidates who are excited to shape the future of cybersecurity.

Examples of desirable skills knowledge and experience

• Significant experience (5 years) coordinating interviews for senior/executive roles in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
• High level of business acumen; able to understand and anticipate the needs of senior stakeholders and adapt to changing priorities.
• Exceptional organizational skills attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Proficiency with ATS scheduling tools and productivity suites (GSuite Microsoft Office).
• Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity solve problems independently and drive process improvements.
• Proficiency in end-to-end travel coordination including itinerary planning and booking for domestic and international flights accommodations and ground transportation.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience supporting recruiting operations at a technology company.
• Experience with our tech stack - Greenhouse G-Suite Navan etc.
• Bachelors or MBA Preferred

Compensation

Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.

• For Bay Area based hires: Estimated annual salary of $76000 - $92000
