Job Summary

TMD Staffing is looking to hire a USDA clerk located in Baytown Texas 77523.
Responsibilities:
Assist USDA inspectors with daily inspections of meat poultry and other food products.
Ensure products meet federal safety and quality standards.
Help maintain accurate records of inspections rejections and product handling.
Monitor cleanliness and sanitation procedures in production and storage areas.
Support auditing and compliance tasks related to USDA regulations.
Perform general duties as assigned to ensure smooth facility operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in food production inspection or warehouse operations preferred.
Ability to work in a cold storage environment for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow federal and company procedures.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Reliable and punctual with the ability to work the afternoon-to-midnight shift.
PAY RATE
$18.00
SCHEDULE
Monday thru Friday 4am-2:30pm
