Were a small but dedicated People & Culture team working closely together to support the needs of the business as they come up. Our focus is on recruiting supporting and retaining great people while keeping the day-to-day running smoothly.

Whats the role all about
Were looking for a P&C Advisor to join us on a 18-month fixed-term contract supporting the People & Culture function while a team member is on parental leave. This role has been designed to maintain continuity across key P&C functions. Its not a direct backfill but youll be stepping in to keep things running smoothly and help support the business.
The P&C Advisor will deliver end-to-end operational support across all aspects of the employee experience. This includes coordinating activities across recruitment onboarding compliance and internal communications.
This role is ideal for someone growing their career in P&C and looking to build confidence across a range of generalist responsibilities.
