As a Home Finance Specialist youll play a key role in helping individuals and families secure the right home loan solutions providing expert guidance and a seamless experience from application through to settlement.
This role is all about understanding our customers needs and helping them navigate the home lending process with confidence. Youll manage a range of application types and will primarily focus on principle increases for our existing customers ensuring every interaction is tailored transparent and supportive
Youll work closely with internal teams Credit Operations and Settlements; to deliver timely outcomes and maintain strong relationships across the business. Your focus will be on retention and growth helping customers stay with MyState by offering solutions that truly meet their needs.
We are looking for someone across the state to work from Hobart Launceston or Devonport.
