Join our high-performance Retail Team BRUNA is opening its first Flagship Store in Vienna!
Were looking for a full-time Store Manager who is passionate about people style and community. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead coach and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve strong results.
Spend most of your time on the floor actively selling and creating meaningful client experiences.
Create an inspiring client-focused store environment that reflects BRUNAs values and aesthetic.
Take ownership of sales performance and KPIs with a collaborative and motivating approach.
Oversee daily operations including scheduling stock management and visual merchandising.
Support and develop each team member through ongoing feedback learning and growth.
Maintain deep product and brand knowledge and share it confidently with your team and clients.
Act as a brand representative building genuine connections and a sense of community.
Work closely with the team to continuously improve processes service and communication.
Stay connected to Viennas creative and fashion scene to bring inspiration into the store.
Bring structure positivity and a solution-oriented mindset to every situation.

YOUR BACKGROUND
Several years of experience in retail ideally in a leadership or supervisory role.
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team while achieving sales and service goals.
Passion for direct client interaction and confidence in selling premium products.
Strong communication skills and a hands-on people-focused attitude.
Passion for jewelry fashion and creating meaningful client experiences.
Organized proactive and comfortable taking responsibility and making decisions.
Fluent in German strong English skills are a plus.
You thrive in a dynamic team environment and align with BRUNAs values of confidence connection and conscious choices.

MINIMUM SALARY
Compensation is based on the collective agreement minimum salary with the opportunity for overpayment depending on your qualifications and experience.
