Overview
This role is a strong strategic advisor who creates end-to-end media plans and programs that support ongoing customer acquisition and product awareness efforts across the Humana CenterWell and/or Reliance brands. Youll help translate strategic objectives into media plans monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization. Youll also ensure media efforts are compliant efficient and consumer centric.
Key Responsibilities
Serves as media subject matter expert in media and advertising technology advising our POD teams on their media plans and serving as a bridge between other Humana teams and our media agencies.
A pro-active team player with strong communication skills attention to detail the ability to navigate across multiple teams and deep digital media and/or TV media knowledge.
Identifies target audiences and specific messages channels and tactics; coordinates end-to-end media campaign strategy planning implementation measurement and analysis. Serves as a trusted consultant both internally and externally on all aspects of media plans.
Own agency relationship for given campaign proactively providing briefs guidance feedback direction and approval.
Driven performance marketer; eager to continuously improve by monitoring campaign performance and provide actionable insights to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with analytics and business teams to measure impact and refine targeting.

Qualifications
Required
Bachelors degree.
5 years of experience in media planning buying and optimization.
Proven experience working with or at media agencies with a strong understanding of agency workflows and campaign execution.
Deep expertise in digital media or direct response TV (DRTV) including platform capabilities and performance metrics.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable media strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience managing cross-functional projects and agency relationships.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute end-to-end media campaigns aligned with business goals and target audiences.
Ability to serve as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders and external partners on media planning and optimization.
Preferred
Experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
Proficiency in media analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Nielsen Comscore).
Understanding of HIPAA and compliance in media execution.
Additional Information

40Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
