Sr. Engineer P.E. -Planning & Entitlement Department
Location: Inland Empire CA
Salary: $125000 - $195000 along with a lucrative bonus program 9/80 schedule hybrid work schedule (one day a week in the office in most cases) and culture of training and development
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities- Plan organize and manage multiple projects
- Demonstrate expertise in the design of residential commercial and industrial projects
- Effectively communicate with agencies and clients
- Adhere to firm-wide policies and procedures related to human resources management project management financial management client relations quality assurance and control and business development
- Research analyze and present technical performance and project measures
- Manage multiple projects with strict adherence to budgets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exhibit attention to detail with excellent organizational and project management skills
- Maintain a proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual personal performance goals (i.e. leads by example)
- Demonstrate successful staff integration and team building at multiple levels of management
- Maintain registration as an engineer in the state of California
Requirements- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Excellent technical communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently on several concurrent projects and participate in the entire design process
- Ability to supervise multiple employees and projects and work in a team environment
- Good working knowledge of public agency standards and guidelines
- Good understanding and working knowledge of all plans reports studies etc. required for land development projects
- Technically proficient in all aspects of land development design
