Your mission as a MDM Domain Lead Customer (Contract)
As the MDM Domain Lead your mission is to define and lead the Customer Master Data domain at CWS Hygiene ensuring that customer data across Salesforce Dynamics 365 and downstream systems is consistent complete and trusted. Youll be the architect of what good customer data looks likeestablishing formal definitions enforcing validation rules and coordinating implementation across systems. This role is pivotal in preparing for a future unified CRM system and ensuring a smooth transition by laying down robust data foundations.
What else you will be doing as a MDM Domain Lead
Define and document what constitutes a valid customer account including mandatory attributes like VAT numbers and eBilling email addresses.
Collaborate with business users across EU countries to gather requirements and validate definitions.
Implement guardrails and survivorship rules in Salesforce and Dynamics 365.
Coordinate clean-up campaigns and duplicate prevention strategies.
Work with integration automation and BI teams to ensure business value delivery.
Support the transition to a unified CRM system by preparing golden records and data enrichment strategies.
Maintain version control lineage documentation and stewardship SOPs.
Educate teams in customer care and marketing on master data standards.
How do we ensure you offer the best service to our customers
Were looking for someone who brings:
58 years of experience in data management (MDM data modelling DQ BI).
Strong understanding of CRM/ERP data models (Salesforce D365).
Hands-on experience with MDM platforms (e.g. Profisee CluedIn).
Proficiency in SQL Power BI and data profiling.
Familiarity with JSON Schema Git-based workflows and docs-as-code practices.
Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into technical configurations.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with Microsoft Purview Azure Data Factory or Event Hubs Schema Registry.
Knowledge of Great Expectations or Soda for data quality.
Exposure to address validation tools (Loqate Melissa Google Maps APIs).
Experience with Power BI semantic models and KPI standardization.
