What Youll Do
As a Light Maintenance Technician youll work closely with experienced maintenance professionals to ensure our manufacturing facility stays clean functional and safe. Youll assist with:
Performing minor repairs on equipment fixtures and building systems
Supporting routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks
Assisting in maintaining facility cleanliness and basic utility functions
Monitoring building conditions and reporting issues before they become problems
Helping skilled technicians with more advanced maintenance and repair projects
Keeping tools and maintenance areas organized and stocked
Learning the fundamentals of safe effective maintenance practices on the job
What Were Looking For
This is an entry-level positionno prior maintenance experience is requiredbut we are looking for candidates who bring:
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Comfort working overnight hours in a manufacturing setting
A basic mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience (even in school hobbies or other jobs)
Attention to detail and pride in keeping spaces clean and well-maintained
Dependability and a team-oriented mindset
A desire to grow into a skilled maintenance technician role over time
Must have a valid drivers license
