Job Summary

To strengthen our finance team in Berlin we are currently looking for an experienced and motivated: Financial Accountant (m/w/d)
Tasks
- Oversee and support accounting and finance operations across regional branches.
- Ensure accurate recording of daily sales collections and financial transactions.
- Prepare and submit timely internal financial reports and ensure compliance with tax and corporate obligations.
- Manage payments for suppliers services payroll and commissions according to company policies.
- Monitor inventories fixed assets and support audits and financial reviews.
- Coordinate with Regional and Corporate Finance teams to maintain transparency and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Solid understanding of accounting principles tax regulations and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. SAP QuickBooks Datev and One Stop Shop) and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail analytical thinking and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional and regional collaboration.
- Fluent in German and English both written and spoken; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
