Job Summary
CK Group are recruiting for an experienced Engineering Supervisor to join a well-established and successful global pharmaceutical company based in Hatfield Hertfordshire on a permanent basis.

Key duties will include:
- To supervise and coordinate the activities of the utility mechanical and electrical engineering team including scheduling work assignments prioritising tasks and providing guidance
- To monitor equipment performance and maintenance activities to ensure adherence to maintenance schedules and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- To collaborate with other departments to plan and execute maintenance shutdowns equipment upgrades and installations
- Act as a point of contact for external contractors and vendors
- Relevant technical qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a regulated environment
- Strong experience in building services and utility engineering
- Full UK driving license
