We help our clients to overcome the operational complexities in emerging markets by simplifying human resource management and by offering an alternative business framework which minimizes risks.

Main Responsibilities

Collaborate with local vendors on mobility matters to drive seamless delivery on various mobility practices including but not limited to onboarding/off-boarding visa work permit labor contract payroll income tax system administration.
Management of company social security accounts and bank accounts. Corporate finance and tax-related
Work Closely with others in the global mobility team for information sourcing and documenting
Maintain process documentation for the global mobility department.
Ensure accuracy and updates of the professionals personal information in compliance with our privacy policies.
Any other supporting tasks required.

Requirements

Bachelors degree or above.
3-5 years HR related work experience with solid knowledge of payroll taxation. B2B service experience is preferred.
Fluent in English Chinese is a plus.
Proficient in using office software (Word PPT Excel and outlook)
A strong communicator an outgoing personality and a motivation to learn.
