We help our clients to overcome the operational complexities in emerging markets by simplifying human resource management and by offering an alternative business framework which minimizes risks.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with local vendors on mobility matters to drive seamless delivery on various mobility practices including but not limited to onboarding/off-boarding visa work permit labor contract payroll income tax system administration.
  • Management of company social security accounts and bank accounts. Corporate finance and tax-related
  • Work Closely with others in the global mobility team for information sourcing and documenting
  • Maintain process documentation for the global mobility department.
  • Ensure accuracy and updates of the professionals personal information in compliance with our privacy policies.
  • Any other supporting tasks required.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or above.
  • 3-5 years HR related work experience with solid knowledge of payroll taxation. B2B service experience is preferred.
  • Fluent in English Chinese is a plus.
  • Proficient in using office software (Word PPT Excel and outlook)
  • A strong communicator an outgoing personality and a motivation to learn.
