Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of consulting projects including defining project scope timelines resources and budgets.
Oversee project implementation to ensure high-quality deliverables and alignment with client objectives.
Manage internal and external teams monitor performance and ensure proper allocation of tasks and resources.
Maintain proactive communication with clients and stakeholders through regular progress meetings and status updates.
Conduct research data analysis and develop actionable strategic recommendations tailored to each clients needs.
Prepare review and deliver professional presentations reports and documentation to clients and senior management.
Facilitate executive workshops client meetings and implementation sessions in Riyadh or Jeddah as required.
Identify potential risks and challenges develop mitigation plans and ensure timely project delivery.
Ensure continuous alignment with organizational goals and uphold consulting quality standards.
Be available for travel between Riyadh and Jeddah based on project phases and requirements.

Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Engineering or a related field (Masters degree or MBA preferred).
Experience: Minimum 58 years of experience in consulting project management or strategy execution.
Proven experience managing consulting engagements or strategic projects with government or private-sector clients.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile PMP framework).
Certification: PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
Excellent communication leadership and client-facing skills.
Strong analytical thinking report writing and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite PowerPoint and project management tools (e.g. MS Project Asana or ).
Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
Willingness to travel between Riyadh and Jeddah when needed.
Saudi nationals are preferred but open to candidates with strong regional experience.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Event Management Business Administration Marketing or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in event management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale high-profile events. Experience in managing high budget governmental events. Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management. Ability to work under pressure meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in the planning and execution of events and marketing campaigns on a national scale.
