Job Description:
Unity Communications International is looking for motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our onsite team in Hermosillo.

The CSR will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries providing excellent service and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to work onsite at our Hermosillo office
