Job Summary
Work Flexibility: OnsiteLeads the coordination and prioritisation of production to meet customer requirements maintain inventory levels and relevant Key Production Indicators (KPIs). Communicate and record output levels. Collaborate with NPI teams to ensure that builds are prioritised and progressed through the line as per required NPI training and coordination for the area as required. Identify and manage training priorities vs business needs monthly Lead the formation of training schedule and are responsible for executing the plan vs to ensure versatility station rotation and line staffing plans are adequate to meet business needs. Train & support the line SMEs in delivery of training. Responsible for approval implementation and scheduling of training for document Production Training for new hires and ensures cross-training plans for employees are implemented. Evaluates and signs off training. Collaborate with the Training Applications Analyst in the upkeep of the SLMS training & ensuring that training is effectively recorded in line with act as back up for training drops in the event that the Training Applications analyst is unavailable. Identify opportunities for training business improvements and lead initiatives as the scheduling of overtime and review plan with Operations Supervisor to agree prior to publishing for the team. Responsible for rostering work through visual staffing plans and updating holiday schedule for the PB teams aligned with the Operations Supervisor. Holidays are approved by the Operations Supervisor. Is often the first point of contact for production to help address a process or product issue and capable of making the decision in relation to appropriate approach to take i.e. make decision or escalate to appropriate SME & then Collaborates with relevant SME to resolve the issue. Proactively communicates any issues re production/materials etc. to the Operations Supervisor. Ensure quality standards and expectations are communicated and deployed. Maintain the reports on quality and production metrics (rework scrap line clearance QA audits cell shutdown) Promote current Good Manufacturing and Good Documentation ProcessesLead EHS / 6S for your team ensure that a proactive approach to health and safety. Champion and achieve the 6S process standards and objectives using teamwork Lead continuous improvement initiatives and projects for the line and/or value streamLead in the resolution of NC & CAPAs as required and ensure effective compliance with Quality Management System (QMS).As a competent Operations Associate SME trains and coaches other Operations for Production Supervisor as other duties as assignedTravel Percentage: None
