The Opportunity
HVDC is looking for an Environmental lead to join our Sustainability & HSE Governance this role you will support HVDCs global organization with focus on the environmental management system supporting and driving improvements and contribute to a more sustainable future in a global organization with office locations manufacturing sites test facilities and several project- and service sites.

How youll make an impact
- Drive and promote a strong HSE & Sustainability culture and take on an expert role in the Environmental field
- Lead Environmental & Energy management system including relevant documents and processes
- Drive Environmental initiatives and follow up on Environmental targets
- Train and coach and support managers and employees on Environmental actions and compliance
- Chemical management on an overall level
- Perform Environmental SE reporting and analyze global Environmental performance gather data and identify trends risks and improvement opportunities
- Support compliance with local and international Environmental requirements and standards
- Assist with internal and external audits including ISO 14001:2015 ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 50001:2018
Your background
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Environmental Science HSE or related field
- Experience from environmental or HSE roles
- Strong communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels
- Fluent in English and Swedish (written and spoken).
- Competent in ISO 14001 ISO 45001 ISO 50001
- Competent in international Environmental legislation
