Work youll do

• Lead and oversee client engagements including compliance seasons planning managing tax compliance deliverables ensuring timely delivery of services in accordance with agreed service levels and client expectations.
• Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact for tax-related queries proactively addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Assist with review and improve internal processes to enhance client service efficiency and technical accuracy.
• Keep abreast with the latest employment related regulatory development ensuring all work complies with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to foster professional growth and maintain a motivated high-performing engagement team including assisting with conducting training sessions as part of these responsibilities.
• Assist in managing the financial performance of the engagement including timely billing.

Requirements

• Possess Bachelors Degree in related disciplines such as Accounting/Finance or Professional Qualification (ICAEW/ACCA/MIA/MICPA).
• Mininum 8 years of working experience in SG Individual/Personal Income Tax.
• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess good organizational skills and able to prioritize work to meet tight deadlines.
• Possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word Excel Powerpoint etc.
• Prior experience in managing junior team members/leading a team.
