We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our client relations team you will serve as the bridge between our clients and internal departments ensuring seamless communication project execution and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries updates and project coordination.
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
Monitor client campaigns and provide updates insights and recommendations for improvement.
Assist in preparing proposals presentations and reports for client meetings.
Ensure a high level of professionalism accuracy and responsiveness in all client interactions.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field.
13 years of experience in client services account management or related roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
