Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Trainee Leader to join our leadership development program. This role is ideal for individuals eager to grow within a structured fast-paced environment while learning from experienced mentors. As a Trainee Leader you will be involved in team coordination project execution and performance optimization gaining hands-on experience in leadership and organizational management.
Responsibilities
Support daily team operations and assist in supervising trainees and junior staff.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement training and leadership strategies.
Monitor project goals timelines and deliverables to ensure efficient execution.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance growth.
Participate in strategic meetings and contribute innovative ideas to improve team performance.

Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
Strong leadership potential with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Prior experience in leadership or training coordination is an advantage but not required.
