Rattaché à la Head of Finance & Accounting vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans la gestion des opérations comptables quotidiennes. Véritable support vous contribuez au bon fonctionnement du département financier et garantissez le respect des normes comptables et fiscales en vigueur.

Votre rôle:

Assurer la gestion complète et autonome de la comptabilité générale.
Prendre des décisions comptables pertinentes et les défendre auprès de la Direction.
Apporter rigueur et méthode dans tous les processus financiers.
Sintégrer rapidement et durablement à léquipe finance.

Responsabilités principales:

Gestion des immobilisations et des amortissements

Suivi des acquisitions cessions et calcul des dépréciations
Mise à jour régulière des états dimmobilisations et inventaire physique en lien avec le contrôle de gestion et les différents services concernés

Révision comptable et clôtures

Révision mensuelle des comptes et analyse des écarts
Participation active aux clôtures mensuelles et annuelles : préparation des états comptables saisie et justification des écritures de clôture

Fiscalité

Élaboration des déclarations fiscales (TVA DEB CVAE IS) en binôme avec un autre collaborateur

Inter compagnies

Réconciliation des opérations inter compagnies et analyse des écarts

Projets transverses

Contribution à différents projets tels que le déploiement dun ERP dans une filiale lautomatisation des processus la digitalisation

Environnement technologique:

ERP :Microsoft Dynamics
Reporting :Excel (modèles macros analyses)

Votre profil

Expérience :au moins 5 ans en comptabilité générale idéalement dans un environnement international.
Langues :français courant anglais courant
Compétences techniques :maîtrise de Dynamics et Excel avancé.
Soft skills :rigueur sens de lorganisation esprit danalyse aisance relationnelle capacité à collaborer en transverse.
Autonomie :goût pour la prise dinitiatives et la gestion intégrale du périmètre confié.
