Were currently seeking a Loaner Coordinator to join our Service Department. The ideal candidate is organized detail-oriented and enjoys providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with the check-in/check-out process for loaner vehicles.
Complete all necessary paperwork and agreements accurately and efficiently.
Inspect vehicles for damage before and after each use documenting findings as needed.
Track and manage the loaner fleet to ensure vehicle availability and rotation.
Coordinate vehicle cleaning fueling and maintenance.
Communicate effectively with Service Advisors Technicians and Management about vehicle status.
Maintain organized records of loaner contracts drivers licenses and insurance documents.
Provide friendly professional and helpful service to every customer.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a dealership rental car agency or customer service role preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
Experience using Reynolds & Reynolds or other dealership DMS software preferred.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record required.
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
